Booking & Rates
How do I book the studio? +
Book online at book.pioneerxstudios.com or DM us on Instagram @pioneerxstudios. A 50% deposit confirms your slot. We will send you a payment link once your request is received.
Can I place a tentative hold? +
Yes. We can place a tentative 24 hour hold while you are confirming with your team or client. The date is confirmed once the 50 percent deposit is settled.
What is your cancellation policy? +
72 or more hours: free reschedule. 48 to 72 hours: 80% credit. Under 48 hours: 50% credit. No shows forfeit the full deposit.
What payments do you accept? +
Cash, PayMongo, Maya, CIMB, BDO, BPI, GCash, and bank transfer. QRPh accepted. Scan and pay via your bank app.
Do you issue receipts or official invoices? +
For receipt or invoice requirements, message the studio before booking so the team can route it properly.
Are there any fees I should know about? +
Some bookings may require additional coordination depending on timing, shoot scale, and studio support needed. Message the studio before booking. Deep clean fee: ₱8,000. Smoke alarm activation: ₱5,000. Everything is listed upfront. No surprises.
Where exactly is the studio? +
PioneerX Studios is at 2F Pioneer Centre, Kapitolyo, Pasig City. DM us on Instagram for directions and access instructions before your shoot.
The Space
Can I request an ocular or site visit? +
Yes. DM us on Instagram to schedule a walk through before booking. We recommend an ocular for large productions so you can plan your lighting grid and staging in advance.
Can I shoot video, product, or e-commerce content? +
Yes. The studio works for fashion editorial, beauty, commercial video, product photography, and e-commerce. The 100A 3 phase supply handles video lighting kits without issue.
What is included in the rate? +
The full room: infinity cyc wall, 100A 3 phase power, v flats, lounge, and basic grip. Two backdrop pulls are included free (same color). Additional pulls: ₱500 same color, ₱1,000 new color.
Is there a glam and changing area? +
Yes. A dedicated glam station and private changing room are part of the studio. Talent can arrive ready or prep on site.
Can I use a haze machine or smoke effects? +
Water based haze machines are allowed. Activating the smoke alarm carries a ₱5,000 fee and a mandatory production stop. Coordinate haze usage with the team in advance.
Can we request a fresh cyc repaint or refresh? +
Yes. Message the studio before booking so the team can confirm the current cyc condition and any refresh fee needed for your shoot.
What happens if I need more time? +
Overtime is ₱2,500 per hour with a 20 minute grace period (once per booking), rounding to the next full hour. Overtime is always capped at ₱20,000. You will never pay more than the Maximum rate regardless of how many hours the shoot runs.
Is parking available? +
Pioneer Centre, Kapitolyo has parking in the building. DM us before your shoot to confirm current availability and access details.
Do you have equipment to rent? +
Yes. Available kits: Photo Strobe (Godox and wireless triggers), Video and Continuous Light, Grip Essentials, Grip and Scrim Package, and Client Tether Station. Ask for kit rates when you DM to book.
Can I book a late night or early morning shoot? +
Yes. PioneerX is available 24/7 by appointment. Some bookings may require additional coordination depending on timing, shoot scale, and studio support needed. Message the studio before booking.
Do you host events? +
Yes. Event packages start at ₱15,000 (Intimate, up to 15 guests, 4 hrs) through to ₱35,000 (Full Exclusive, up to 50 guests, 10 hrs). A ₱5,000 refundable security deposit applies. DM us on Instagram to discuss your event.
